Business Article

My Role
For a business communications class, I was tasked with writing a business article. The topic I chose was comparing the differences between a European MBA and an MBA from the United States. In addition to crafting an informative and well-researched article, I designed relevant visual graphs to enhance the content and make it more engaging. My goal was to create a piece that was not only educational but also visually appealing and easy to digest, ensuring that complex information was accessible and engaging for the reader.

Experience Design Principles Used
Quantitative and Qualitative Research
To write a well-informed and balanced article, I conducted extensive research, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data. The quantitative data provided clear, measurable comparisons between European and U.S. MBA programs, while the qualitative insights added depth by exploring experiences, perspectives, and unique offerings. Combining these approaches allowed me to present a comprehensive understanding of both options, ensuring the article was both informative and nuanced.
Intentional Design
I intentionally designed my article to be both visually appealing and easy to read. By thoughtfully selecting colors and graphics that aligned with the theme and message of the piece, I ensured that the visual elements complemented the content and enhanced the reader's experience. My goal was to create a cohesive and engaging design that effectively supported the article's purpose.
Storytelling
I incorporated storytelling into my article to create a meaningful connection with my audience. By sharing my personal experiences and relevance to the topic, I aimed to make the content relatable and engaging. I carefully structured the article to ensure a logical flow, guiding readers through the narrative while fostering a deeper understanding of the subject.
