• Planned 2 smaller Finance Department events that entailed finding a caterer, swag options, reserving a venue, corresponding with vendors, and corresponding with professors and professionals

• Planned larger 3-day Finance Conference for multiple years which included finding swag options, making reservations with venues, caterers, musicians, etc., organizing meetings and agendas, and corresponding with professors and vendors

• Responsible for creating schedules, managing schedule changes, and training and supporting new employees to feel welcomed and wanted at BYUB

• Involved with 8 or more customers daily through email and phone to assist in resolving issues, conflicts, and questions with a cheerful and positive disposition

• Organizes 30+ Excel spreadsheets with pertinent viewer information monthly

 

Camp Summerfun                                                                                                                   June 2015-August 2018

Owner/Camp Director

• Established an interactive summer camp for children ages 5-12

• Designed new themes every day with specific activities, crafts, and games corresponding with specific themes. Through these activities and crafts, children would learn more about a particular subject, time period, or culture. Ex. Around the World Week, every day’s theme was a new country and culture

• Gained planning and organization skills in preparation for different days, including brainstorming ideas for activities, preparing craft materials, and decorating to incorporate the current day’s theme
